Energy Healing Sessions

Energy Healing sessions are designed to continually remind you that there are ever expanding possibilities for all of us, we need only to harness the power of our innate gifts to heal ourselves, love ourselves, know ourselves and bring ourselves into alignment with the beautiful vibrations of our higher purposes.

I offer two different kinds of Restorative sessions.

In the first kind of session, I transmit Reiki Light healing energy while practicing medium-ship by giving you messages from spiritual sources that I will identify as we go. I place healing stones at certain places on your body that support the work we do. It is highly intuitive and restorative.

Both kinds include a dark cloth over the eyes to encourage you to go inward and relax.

The second kind involves asking 5 questions and once I get answers to these, I create a kind of "script" in advance. At the time of our session I will have it ready and I will read it line by line as you repeat each line back to me to form the basis for you to shift your own story into one you truly want.

Both kinds may involve drumming, chanting, and the singing bowl, in order to call back to your body any birth right energy that has been depleted somehow. These sessions are conducted in sacred space and are safe to participate in.

Both kinds have been created and developed by me and I have chosen to call them Restorative Energy Healing.

As a person shifts their story, they are changing the dream of their life. As they become more aware of the Angels and Guides that are working with them and always there, they change and often terminate the agreement/s with lower vibrational frequencies. Then they are free to tune into higher frequencies of love, compassion, hope and more.

"In May 2019, I developed a rotator cuff injury which severely hindered my ability to move my arm freely. It prevented me from performing my usual activities like swimming and caused such restricted movement that I had to develop a new method for dressing and undressing myself. I was seeing my chiropractor and a sports therapy practitioner regularly. I joined a gym so that I could slowly improve my condition with warm water therapy and warm water yoga.
